About This Course

The aim of this course is to introduce you to the field of international management. We will address the impact of globalization and other dimensions of this field, namely the global trade and investment, the global monetary system and the cultural and political differences among countries. Then, we will analyse the management of multiculturalism and diversity and the communication barriers that might occur in such environments. Lastly, we will look at the international dimensions of human resource management, marketing, financing and accounting.
