About This Course

This course is focused on the different dimensions of strategic management. We introduce you not only to the concept of strategy and its characteristics, but also to the different schools of strategy and types of business analysis. Then, we address the implementation of a strategy and we focus on the strategies applied to human resource and supply chain management.
